Rachel Carlino Dangora
CEO + Founder
Professional Organizer
With a BA from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, Rachel combines her legal expertise and personal experience as a busy mom to excel in organization. Known among friends as the “Organizing Queen,” she spent eight years in law before turning her talent for structured living into a career. Rachel founded Make Peace with Organizing to help busy individuals and seniors manage their spaces, simplifying life to focus on what truly matters.

Amy Lyman
Director of Business Development
Formerly the Director of Community Relations at Ashland Farm, Amy has significant experience in assisting families with senior transitions to assisted living facilities. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a rich history in the financial services sector, she excels in project management and client relations. Known for her warmth, organizational skills, and dedication, Amy is a mother of three who enjoys yoga, long walks, and music.

Robin Fiore
Accounts Payable
After years as a coordinator and project manager within the engineering and operations space of telecommunications focused on construction and development, Robin is putting her organizational skills to work with Make Peace With Organizing behind the scenes.As a part-time Accounts Receivable employee for Make Peace With Organizing, Robin invoices clients, tracks payments, maintains records in business tracking systems while providing support across business functions of customer service and finance.

Gail Straccia
New Client Specialist + Field Organizer
After spending 20 years working with Delta Airlines which taught her how to apply exceptional customer services skills that help her serve our clients here at Make Peace with Organizing. She’s a known organizer in her family as she is always helping someone with moving, downsizing and decluttering. The feeling that she has helping others is so gratifying and rewarding, just knowing that she had made a difference for someone and most importantly helped in a non-judgmental way. When you declutter ones’ space, you help declutter ones’ mind. That itself is a gift.

Mike Dangora
COO + Move Management
Mike Dangora joined Make Peace with Organizing, LLC at the end of 2023 and brings his management skills developed over 20 years within the telecommunication industry. His past role as Program Manager included managing large teams and handling budgets in excess of $2M. Today his role is Chief Operating Officer along with overseeing the Move Management Team. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Master of Arts in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Emerson College in Boston. He also has extended graduate studies in law at the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts.

Brittany Bozik
Content + Workflow Coordinator
Brittany Bozik is an entrepreneur specializing in marketing and tech support for female business owners. With expertise in graphic design and content marketing, she expertly enhances their online presence. As a mom of two, she’s deeply involved in school activities and busy weekends filled with running, beach visits, and gardening.

Maureen Preczewski
New Client Specialist + Field Organizer
When Rachel was featured in Marblehead’s local magazine, she knew she wanted to be part of the MPWO team as she had always wanted to help others along their journey to an organized peaceful home or office. She gets great joy from helping others organize and transform their lives. Her clients are on a maintenance schedule, so she has developed a deep connection with each of them. Her background includes many years’ experiences as an administrative assistant. She is also employed as a transaction coordinator for a local real estate team.
